4CBC Has A Clear, Simple Mission
It is important that every member of 4CBC fully understand our mission - why we exist as a group of people. We need to understand our common purpose, our common goals, our common strategy. Our plans, our actions, our projects, our meetings, our events…all need to filter through a simple mission statement. This keeps us focused on task and prevents us from going off on tangents that have nothing to do with our mission.
The mission of Four Corners Baptist Church is four simple words. Simple enough for everyone to remember, yet deep enough to fully encompass everything that we do as a church:
"Moving People Toward Christ"
- For the unbeliever, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
- For the believer, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
- For our community, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
- For children, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
- For teens, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
- For adults, our mission is to move them toward Christ.
In fact, all that we do, say, and teach has the purpose of Moving People Toward Christ.
